2.3 We may change underlying infrastructure providers at our discretion.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 You must not use services to violate laws, distribute malware, run attacks, or interfere with networks.
3.2 Prohibited activities include spam, illegal content, exploitation attempts, or abusive workloads.
3.3 We may determine violations at our reasonable discretion.
4. Fair Use
4.1 Plans are subject to fair usage limits.
4.2 Excessive resource usage impacting platform stability may result in throttling, suspension, or required upgrades.
5. Abuse Handling
5.1 We operate a zero-tolerance abuse policy.
5.2 Services may be suspended immediately where abuse complaints are received.
5.3 You must cooperate with investigations.
6. Uptime and Infrastructure
6.1 We aim to maintain high availability.
6.2 Uptime targets are goals, not guarantees, unless explicitly stated in writing.
6.3 Downtime caused by upstream providers, datacenter incidents, network failures, attacks, maintenance, or events outside our control is excluded.
7. Upstream Dependency Disclaimer

7.2 We are not liable for outages or performance degradation caused by such providers.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 You are responsible for server configuration, backups, and compliance with laws.
